What Is a Concept Test?

Oftentimes the ideas aren't fully formed to a point where somebody could, a user could make a decision between the two of them. So what you're doing is you're gathering information so that your team can make an informed decision about what the next step is. And then that co-creation Frankenstein of what if we put these things together, right? There will sometimes be a few rounds of concept testing as we refine the idea more and more. Then once we essentially pick an idea or two which we want to take to the next step, then we would move into usability testing.
