If you stop using memory, for example, if you stop using. the occipital load back here, there's every region of this brain that is responsible for something different. Use it or lose it. So working out both resistance training and aerobic training is fantastic for the brain. And then if you want to get even better and be even sharper or get the mental edge, try and do some cognitive training as well.
