Don't go crazy on fat. I would say you want to have some fat ideally in every meal or most meals. At least two hours of space between falling asleep or maybe actually rather going to bed and your last bite is a good sweet spot. You won't be too hungry before going to bed. That's not a huge issue, but you don't want to be food focused and growling stomach when you actually want to fall asleep.
