We all burn hugely different abounts, and it's really difficult to measure precisely. Weigt watchers are fighting a billion dollar industry who love the calory. And i think we have to knock that on the head first because everything else then falls over after it. It completely deflects from the quality of the food argument. I'm trying to use our research to get people to lose way healthily.
