Salesforce CEO Mark Benioff disbanded its committee on mergers and acquisitions. Goodwill is the excess that Salesforce has paid for acquired companies. A lot of that, Chris, is due to the acquisition of Slack. Getting their strategy right and actually getting real value out of that deal will be key if they're going to avoid a Big Goodwill write off.
