The Disadvantages of High Protein Diets

There's not a whole ton of research in terms of like really high protein and really high protein being what we recommend they're even a little bit higher. A low protein diet does seem to be beneficial for mitigating symptoms. So if you eat a higher protein diet, you might have slightly higher creatinine levels. And so it does not mean that your kidneys are not functioning properly.
