The Evolution of Homo Sapiens
The body is super efficient. So you have these tendency towards a low-intensity advantage that we can scale up adaptations really quickly. We seem to have some pathways that work well but if we quit training, that regresses really quickly. And so I think there's parsimity now. We're starting to seek, you know, we can almost track it all the way from an evolutionary model through molecular signaling to signal versus stress management.
