I have been thankful or grateful for being on shows where they do have a team a hair makeup team that understands black skin or black hair but I've also been in situations where no one did. It's like sad and kind of embarrassing because it's like don't you want to hire the best? You know, we go to work at four o'clock in the fucking morning. We're sick of our lives.
