Does a Billiards Player Know the Physics of Playing Billiards?
If i go into a bar and i observe an expert billiards player, they will show me that they have figured out the physics of being an expert. So if i look at what they're doing, it will conform to a physics model that says, this is how you should play billiards. But just because one person does it right, who didn't have my rest pe beforehand, doesn't mean they can't just be lucky and have the five features without knowing them. I'm observing real data and then bringing it back and putting it in a way that i hope is digestible. And in my science Let's talk about voltage.
