There's a lot of confusion about what cardio is, how much you need and how much is over kill. Shannon will address the different benefits and risks of different dosages of cardiomyopathy. And then hopefully provide a framework for what i consider optimal based on my experience and research. This first part this week will be about higher intense training, and then next week we'll do part two, which will be more about steady stay cardio.
