Outbounds - What Is the Challenge?

When it comes to outbound i find it helpful to have a couple of verticals, or maybe one vertical in a couple sub verticals. Maybe i can use a client as an example. They were focused in on a nursing homes that were of a certain size. So they had already done some of the leg work of understanding who their ideal cling profile was. But what what we found was the challenge was they could call anywhere in the country. And so after we talked about this for a little bit, and this is more of the strategy side of outbounds, but what we had talked about was, hay, let's focus in on a specific geography for the next quarter.
