The Importance of Strength Work
I hadn't done strength work and actually an embarrassing amount of time. That's finishing up my PhD things got busy I got put in the back. So you did a really good job of drawing out 30 seconds of strength work into about 12 minutes. Even me as like the ultimate strength guy if I don't finish it right after runs I'm just not gonna do it. If I save it for the afternoon it's not gonna happen. Anyone that is able to put off their strength work till later in the day I'm like you are the ultimate motivation superstar. Those need to be our CEOs of the world. They're good at setting boundaries showing up.
