Dotit: Putting yourself in their shoes and understanding how do they perceive your product takes a lot of practice,. if it's not something that you're natural at. But the more that you can develop that skill of being able to look at yourself through the eyes of some one else, the more things you will see that were hidden from you before even they were hidden in plain sight.
