How Do You Productize Your Service?
The Danco business model is it's solving your own problems like inward personally and then iterating on a service outward that can eventually be productized. This is a longer term approach than someone who already has the expertise and can start like package up into a service immediately. From there creating a better system increasing your prices at this same time you should be distributing content and building an audience to get results for other people. It would be going straight into the coaching or consulting aspect and filling in your knowledge gaps.
