How Did You Start Your Tea Journey?
In 2015 was probably my biggest year of anxiety. I started thinking about ways that I could support my body with just what I eat and drink on a normal basis. That's how I started learning about the teas. The most difficult part of my healing journey was recognizing that some of the people that I love weren't going to come with me on the journey. It can be harder to stay in the journey when you feel like there's so much guilt you carry.
