How to Build a Strong Nervous System
A huge component of building those fast switch muscle fibers and building that explosive strong nervous system is low fatigue. So when we're doing these, these higher reps, we're just building our ability to do work, which helps us later on in training. And then not all of it is necessarily block where you're just training a certain quality in a month, right? It's also going to be within the days. Monday might be your super heavy strength day. Wednesday might be more of your hypertrophy day. There's a ton of different ways that we mix it up. But I just want people to understand generally you are going to start higher rep. Then you're going to build intensity
