Dave: For me you're just redefining how that free week sounds and looks like they have to be excited about it so for us we utilize the individual they get a free week pass but on top of that anybody on that list that joins not only does the member get a free month but their recruit gets a free month and they have seven days to cash in on that. I work heavily in the operations side so making the teams are aligned make sure that the message gets passed down from a department department and then I do all of our franchise support so like communicating with our franchisees monthly meetings team meetings all that stuffI hold those and and sleep where does that go I get I get
