Technology can be used to change the culture of a law firm. But it needs buy-in from at least a team in order to achieve these things. So how do you solve for that? How do you help people get comfortable with a different way of doing this? It could be the resource manager if they are using your algorithm saying, okay, as with some instances, what do I do now if this thing is doing what I was doing? And so that's a complex issue and it's something that we spend a lot of time on with our clients. We're here to make their hopefully improve their lives at work every day.
