We see that with bench people wilt micro manage the bench press. We've had these really great results with people working out at loads about 75 % of their max um. And keep building volume in until the eno can do 30, forty, 50 repetitions at that 75% level. Then we go on, we test max. And their max as gone through without them having to push that hard. People do with a lot of e load as they in a takin time out of their season because they just went a little too far inpushing that load. So you can ladder up, and i'll have you stay t the same load all the way through a training cycle.
