The Three Elements of Self-Determination Theory

Most people who are lifelong lifters, they made some type of gains that motivates them to keep doing it. You don't have to be Ed Cohn or Doug Miller or Ronnie Coleman to have the motivation to keep going. And if you're just not even close to God's gift to lifting genetics, maybe it's something else. So yeah, my actual advice is draw a triangle with the three elements of self-determination theory and then draw a flow chart from top to bottom.
