Is Progression Running a Good Workout?
Sometimes a, what on paper may look like the best possible workout doesn't always produce the best result. Progression runs can also be a good kind of logical tool to use if you want to sprinkle that into some of your long runs as you get ready for for a longer race. i do think those, especially you get closer to a race, aren't necessarily as a negative workout or a compromise when you look at it through the right lens.
