How Amy Thelman Inspired Me to Write a Cookbook
I love the Epicurious article. It just came out about your four favorite cookbooks. You say Amy Thelman. And I think she definitely wouldn't write about Midwestern cuisine. She really brings a lot of memoir too in such a cool way. Yeah. Well, that's a great article or those books that I picked are a good example of what inspired me when I was writing mine.
