After we stopped recording I wanted to dig a little bit deeper into the turnover issue that that we touched on and what she told me is that turnovers very low in her group. That's because of the care she talked about in training her trainers not just product training but people management. The second thing was in dealing with mistakes and allowing people to make mistakes, if you never make mistakes you're not learning. Know your audience specific with training it's meet them where they are and then understanding and providing them what they need.
