The Importance of Self Care

I think for me having some time with self directed therapy was really important it let me find my own voice but then sometimes I needed to call somebody in and be like what do you think about this. The concept of spoon theory which is the first thing that popped into my head when we started talking about self care especially now that you're talking about personal responsibility. We can't run on empty and we can't keep going if we have nothing left to give and understanding when we're starting to get low or if we are getting to the point we're not going to have enough to give is also another really important part of therapy.
