Compassion at Work

i know some leaders who are still struggling to warm up to the idea of compassion at work. The big fear is, if we start doing all this nicey nice, sort of back robbing coasying up, than we're going to be taken advantage of. And i call it rational compassion. Even before covid research revealed that employees expected their managers to care about their emotional well being,. those expectations have only risen over the past year. Compassion is no longer above and beyond. It's an organizational imperative for attracting and retaining talented people.
