When it comes to people who have like nerves around racing yeah I do spend a lot of time talking to them sometimes. A lot of us just go to more races like make it a routine because if it's like once a year like Christmas or Hanukkah or New Year's or something like that, it's an event. If it's every week every other week as long as you're not over racing that kind of thing can really help you. And then even there's further aspects to that too which is like we've got to figure out where can you get your best result to prove your worth to the next team or keepyour worth to the current one and so on.
