Regina: I think what you alluded to there is the perfect example of that. It gives you a chance to probably show skills that you might not necessarily be able to demonstrate in your day to day role. And we actually have a mechanism in place that allows you to evidence that through your PDP. So it means that although you're going out to do something that is you CSR related, you can link it back to your personal development.
