There is a very traditional idea of what fine dining is. I would have been the first one to say oh this could be gimmicky. And then the first thing I would have done is check it out so I can actually tell for myself and see the attention to details that the presentation is beautiful. For most that the flavors are really there. You know the experience could be just an atom. At the end it is still a restaurant dining experience.
