Sleep consisted does indeed just continuously bubble up as being the biggest behavior related to sleep that seems to predict mental and physical resilience. What we say is that if you can't get much sleep, at least get consistent sleep. One of the things i do im is stop my revenge bedtime procrastination by putting an automatic time ou on my my modum that just goes off automatically at nine 30 every night. And so i put my modum wag away in a cupboard up high. Sothe technology does my adult braining for me.
