Do a noise audit. Find out if in your organization, there is as much noise as has been found in other organizations. Then try to estimate how costly it is. One way of estimating it is by comparing it to bias. How costly a bias would be of the same magnitude. And then maybe people recognize there is a problem and want to do something about it.
