The Wristrench and the Stableeye in Climbing
I've got a ristrench, a stil sep. But i think for climbing, am because the ristrench,. as the backof yo eri, goes round the back of your hand there. It's amazing, a target ing the wrist, and obviously an alternater between pronation and supernation. I would say that' turbo juk training in the it targets the m pip joint much more than anything at the end of the fingers. Wher never were on the sloper, we're never really engaging with the pip. We we engage right at the tip, and everything stablizes from there.
