A Beginner's Guide to Stamina Training
The first mo thrice, or what some call the transition period a. That's just acont of the foundational pre competitor pre preparation period in somey, or general prap. And then you transfer to this stamina period. In some people call it endurance. I'm a little bit more specific. Stamina is the ability to go fast in the face of fatigue. So we want o condition people with a certain degree of stamina early on. This is accomplished through um, steady running uphill, where a lot of it's auto regulated. It's just the athlete is given a very general direction of saying, go at a steady clip orthor like, you know, a chronically overtrained athlete
