Getting Light First Things in the Morning
Getting light first thing in the morning is a really good thing. Having that light hit us is actually booting us up, whether it's natural or not. When i get up and go to the bathroom, flip the light on. If we keep it dark, it's going to take a little bit longero whatabo in the morning. And stantasting. What about pivoting? Waking up. Because i'm like a ship. I'm either going down or upwards, off the goddamd nd.
