Dosing Methodone for Opiubius Disorder?

The first dose of methodone for a patient with tolerance who's coming in using ivy fentinel, we are generally using the first dose of 30 milligrams of mathodone. Not giving more than forty milligrams on the first day could be a dangerous error. You can use the methodone for their opiades disorder, but you have to use other agents for their pain. Some patients feel very strongly that they don't want to split their dose of mathedone for that purpose. They really just want to take it once a day.
