I'm a very technical person. People say, oh, you know, if you don't like weight, it goes technique. I love technique. But you've got to do it right. See, there's two rules. The rule three is that they train people since seven to ten and then start training at 10,000 hours. And in nineteen to twenty one, the overseas they would call you polished or gone. So much technique in how he performs that squat jerk. You just can't do the lifts over and over. Your technique goes down and back. That happens to me when he goes, Jason Cofer, terrible deadlift. He quit freaking deadlifting all the damn time
