Is the Product or the Service More Important Than the Customer?
To get to a hundred million in revenue, typically 70, 80 % of all new custom raquisition is coming from one channel. So if it's paid marketing, you need to monotize quickly and deeply. And so i think that piece is really important. I do think there are examples where a product is so unique that it allows them to compete on kind of like a different fector than their competitors. But still not the same as, like saying, you don't have to go build the distribution side. You still need to do the work on the growth side.
