The idea of gaining alignment across the business on one initiative and aligning on one marquee program with essentially four buckets underneath. The theme for the year is our year of the coach in our year. So everything that we do revolves around those two themes. And when you think about change management practice, that is one of the cornerstone foundational pieces. You have to have a common language in an organization in order for change to be positively enacted.
