Sleep is where you should start. Every physiological function has a cicadian rhythm, which means that during the day it peaksand then there's an ebb to it. And then what shift work does is ther sleep deprivation. And an association with that, there is bat cicadian disert. So i want to just hang on the metabolic function. In light of your comments around circatian rhythm, a cause, i thinkthat the common advice, of course, when folks want to lose weight is, you know, eat less and move more. Clearly, this is an over simplification, right?
