And then what shift work does is ther sleep deprivation. And an association with that, there is bat cicadian disert. So i want to just hang on the metabolic function. In light of your comments around circatian rhythm, a cause, i thinkthat the common advice, of course, when folks want to lose weight is, you know, eat less and move more. Clearly, this is an over simplification, right?
