How Much Volume Do You Need to Recover From Your Training?

I have to be very careful of how much volume I'm doing each day. Recovery is when your muscle is built, not in the gym or during training. At least one rest day is necessary for everyone; two, three, rest days, four are all fine. Eating a diversity of colors ensures you're getting antioxidants, etc. And also hydration is absolutely essential.
