In the past 10 podcasts three other athletes at your level have been talking they don't really even go longer than 10 minutes in their high intensity intervals. I think going back to consistency it's just getting on the bike every day like well not every day some days it's a good day to take a day off but are you a full day off guy or you recovery ride guy not to jump on? I'm big on recovery rides  and get out for some kind of active recovery is really important.
