Every school has identified a teach er, developent lead to support ane. Some have consulted the teachers and voted on which ones they want to work on. We're very conscious that we don't want to dictate it,. This is about how schools make it work for them. Like i said, we haven't, you know, a half formd school that's tiny with a part time teaching head teacher.
