Jason: Can we unpack what you did there because you know I try to give you a hard time here. You really turn that around pretty well and we're able to like actually engage me. Well, I mean part of it was that I knew you had the problem right and I knew that your sales reps weren't that good from what I had heard. But then once I got you talking about what was of interest to you now all of a sudden your mind's not on I'm talking to a salesperson it's yeah we really need to do something here to hit our numbers.
