The Highest Compliment I've Ever Received in My Career
Sam Lee, my first mentor. I worked in this warehouse for a number of years. He was basically the typical, almost stereotypical, kind of like stoic leader. Even though he looked cold, he actually cared very much. The highest compliment I've ever gotten in my career was from Sam because he told me when I left that I worked like a Chinese person. That's enough for it. It was beyond the compliment. But I loved it.
