"I've gone back and forth on dairy throughout my kind of low carbohydrate nutrition. I've taken it out altogether for upwards to a year, and i've brought it in in a fairly high amount at times," he says. "So it is something im going to play around with, and continued to try to add a little bit more into that." He's been using full fat cheeses, yogarts, milks creams and sour cream as his staple carbohybrates.
