Customer Interviews Are a Great Way to Get Information Out of Your Customers
How do you get information out of them without getting them on the phone? That's probably the most common question I get because nobody actually wants to talk to anybody else. There's ways to do it over email, which is used polite framing. Use a word like context or background. And then instead of using why, use what led. You're not as much as you would in an interview, but it's better than being like, oh, hold on, wait a minute.
