Andy Wealthy and Michael Metz have just written writing is designing a book about words. Andy's been working as a content strategist for around a decade, including at Facebook. Michael is a writer and UX designer who currently heads the conversation design practice for chatbots. And now to see whether we can put some words together in a designed fashion to make an interview.
