Resilience is really the ability to bounce back so we face some adversity there's no resilience without adversity adversity happens and can we recover. The key for me is to work to identify what parts of my job I feel passionate about like if I find the thing I love then working on it actually often doesn't feel like work it feels like fun because I enjoy it so much. It gets very important especially in this medical culture to emphasize reaching out as a key skill in building and sustaining one's resilience.
