You can try empathizing with your boss and saying like, look, I know you've got too much to work on. It's very hard for bosses to be like, fuck you, do it all. And then what we've actually seen is that you can sort of be like your boss's ally. They can start treating you a lot better. Like you can kind of even model behavior for them to set limits with people above them. So in your case, I think there are a couple of different things to do.
