Danny Bowen is one of the chefs who is most inspiring to me. He was adopted he was born in Korea adopted by white parents raised in Oklahoma then went out to San Francisco. His food doesn't follow a lot of rules it's really like loud and has these very strong flavors which is something I resonate with. Do you have any path role models?
