The idea is to build an inner face whereby mister or missus, call center or chat center, person can annotate things in a certain way. So instead of having totally untrained folks who, you know, they could detect anger, maybe they could detect the specific keywords that it's about a refund,. but they might not know the new wants of people. The challenge here is we've got to be very deliberate about setting up our experiments and determining our, for lack of better terms, the new features we want to start to train.
